Interactive Dedication System - SMS, Web and touch terminal

Oracle recently completed the design of a new interactive dedication system. The system provides the interface where people can easily interact with the laser special effects system. The system essentially provides a portal where text messages can be received by either SMS, Web or via on-site touch-screens, the messages are then transformed and displayed via a laser, lighting, audio, video and waterscreen system.

In addition to Laser message dedication display, the system can take audio song requests, these audio songs are then played automatically via the MP3 / CD system or human DJ.

The first customer to adopt the System was Suntec City in Singapore, for use in the worlds largest fountain The Suntec installation was tailored to include 10 survey pages providing valuable data about the people visiting their shopping center.

The dedication system is open 7 days a week between 7pm –9.30pm on mondays - thursdays and
7pm - 10pm on fridays - sundays inclusive of eve and public holidays.
